High level bombers and AA

Should high level bombers ignoring light AA defense and being hit only by Dual purpose guns ? I read high level bombing against ship could be done at 10000 feet. Mostly ineffective but safe method.

That is an interesting thought. It is also not hard or complicated to implement. I will add this to the suggestion list. Thank you.
